Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator at our expanding and dynamic client in Aldershot The role? Customer Service Administrator The salary? £18,000K per annum Key responsibilities: Answering telephone calls Managing internal and external emails Progress orders/approvals/quotes Liaising with courier companies Accurately administrate orders from quote to delivery Raise orders on the operating systems/preparing orders for printing Checking and sending order confirmations to distributors The ideal candidate will have: High attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Computer literate - especially with Microsoft Enthusiastic and flexible with strong interpersonal skills Sage experience advantageous but not essential Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:00pm If you feel like you have what it takes to progress in this role, then please apply today and we will be in touch.
