Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an entry level Customer service Advisor based in Aldershot, you will have the pleasure of joining a friendly team within a newly refurbished office space. You will be responsible for covering the tasks and duties as required within the Customer Service Team, primarily responsible for communicating with distributors, winning orders and administering the order’s, from quote through to delivery ensuring excellent customer ervoce is delivered through out the process. Hours of work 8.30-17.30 Monday-Friday Holiday 28 days (that includes 8 bank holidays ) £18,000 Day To Day Answering in coming telephone calls and internal and external emails Administrating orders from quote to delivery, updating and advising customers of any changes, Raise orders on the systems Preparing orders for the production team. Checking and sending order confirmations to distributors Progress orders/approvals/quotes Complete reports/forms as directed Up sell where possible and cross sell Liaising with different areas of the business Attend meetings as directed by the Management team Liaising with Courier Companies Speaking to customers and promoting any existing Marketing campaigns What we are looking for Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner Committed, with a great work ethos Customer focussed Team player Good with numbers Excellent attention to detail Excellent levels of written and spoken English Computer literate sage would be a plus Customer Service Administrative experience To apply for this position click apply and pick up the phone and speak to Heather at Source 4 so we can arrange a time time to meet in a convenient location to you, Please note: As you can appreciate we are currently overwhelmed with applications of individuals looking for both short term and permanent work and we can therefore only contact those applications that have relevant skills for positions that we currently have available.
