Join us and help us change saving investing for the better Job Brief As we grow, we are expanding our internal investment platform to build our new products and improve our existing ones to ensure we deliver the best service possible to our customers. To support this, we are building an investment operations team to run the day-to-day processes and to manage the controls and systems needed for our customers’ stock and cash investments. The purpose of this role will be to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support as part of this growing team. Currently we administer our Cash LISA and 95 day savings cash account through our new platform while designing and building it further. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the future of Moneybox and to help shape and run our platform to provide the best and most efficient service possible. What You’ll Do As part of the Investment Operations team, within the wider Platform team, and working closely with other operations, finance and technology team members, this role will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Running day-to-day operational processes for the investment of cash and stocks in our current and future products. Running transfer processes from a settlement and investment perspective. Working with the finance team to process payments to and from partners and customers. Interacting with other providers (e.g. ceding providers) to support the Customer Operations team. Supporting regular reconciliations of customer assets and investments. Supporting with mandatory client reporting such as valuations, costs and charges statements, and statements of interest. Supporting reporting requirements for the various regulations with which Moneybox must comply. Constantly reviewing all operational processes within the Platform team to look for areas of improvement and working with the development team to ensure that our system is the best it can be.
