Overview
Operations manager-Nationwide locations We have a new and exciting opportunity at BLM to join a dynamic operations team .The role of Operations Manager reports to the Head of Legal Operations and will be part of a wider team responsible for operational efficiency in the firm. This will include the delivery of excellent client service, monitoring of processes, complying with external regulation and to instil an ethos of continuous improvement. Other elements include monitoring client and business KPI’s and SLA’s and the ability to deliver change in agreement with and in collaboration with the wider business. This role can be based across any of our offices. Further aspects of the role include the deployment of firm-wide change initiatives, manage change projects, analysing data and ensuring data integrity across all systems. We are keen to attract a candidate with knowledge of the insurance industry , legal processes and professional standards. Prior experience of working to deliver continuous improvement in a change environment is a must alongside delivering SLA’s and the ability to work to deadlines. The ability to analyse and interpret complex data to gain insight developing appropriate proposals and plans for improvement is also key.
