Office Administrator London, NW4 £23,000 Pension Parking A energetic Office Administrator who is ready to take the next step in their career is required by this successful local organisation, there will be plenty of opportunity to progress and take on further responsibility. Some of your duties will include: - Providing extensive administrative support in the office and assisting with day to day activities - Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence, reports and presentations - Answering incoming telephone calls, dealing with general enquiries and transferring callers when required - Maintaining computerised database records and updating information held when required - Maintaining employee records on the computer system and recording details of holiday and sickness leave - Managing office stationary supplies, placing orders with suppliers and processing sales invoices for payment Regrettably, we are not able to respond to job applicants who are not shortlisted.
