As a Support Worker you will support and enable people to live the life that they choose; make choices, express themselves and live as independently as possible. Your person centred support and encouragement will assist the individuals to run their own home and access the local and wider community. You will be supporting with all aspects of life, including education, employment, social opportunities and life skills, while working towards agreed outcomes. You will aid the individuals to become active citizens of their community, to build relationships and friendships and help reduce isolation.
