Overview
QED Legal are recruiting a Dispute Resolution Solicitor from NQ - 1 PQE for a Legal 500 firm in South London. Our client is one of the leading firms in the area and offer excellent career progression. This role would give you exposure to a range of commercial and property litigation work including contractual and shareholder disputes, land ownership disputes (including adverse possession and co-ownership claims), boundary disputes, breach of warranty and directors disputes. The team are well ranked in the Legal 500 and have an excellent record for retaining and progressing their staff. Clients include companies, investors, individuals and developers. To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Solicitor, ideally with exposure to both Commercial and Property Litigation. Newly Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, but the firm will also consider more experienced Solicitors for this role up to around 1 PQE.
