Crops Scheme Manager Do you have a love of all things farming, our great British agriculture industry and the quality of the food it produces? NSF are a global certification body that operate a number of plant and animal-based assurance schemes. We audit and certify that farms meet scheme owner standards. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join NSF as an Crops Scheme Manager within our agriculture team. What you will be doing: You will receive full training to understand the scheme owner standards that we audit against Overseeing the technical review process of all incoming audit reports Ensuring clients have made any necessary changes to meet the scheme owner standards Liaising with clients and managing any certification suspensions or withdrawals Producing management reports on the quality of audit reports submitted by our auditors, as well as reports on the number of certifications completed Managing a small admin team – and supporting them to ensure quality customer service to our clients at all times The candidate we are looking for: Good knowledge of the crops industry Ability to make difficult decisions, approaching them in a fair and logical way Problem solving skills, establishing root causes and what actions are required to prevent recurring issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly motivated and enthusiastic Ability to motivate and bring team together to work towards common goals Ability to organize and prioritize the workloads of self and team Team leading/Management skills (preferred) Good understanding of the operation of third-party Certification Schemes within the Agricultural sector (preferred) Our Company benefits: £Competitive Salary Performance based bonus scheme 25 days holiday Bupa Cashplan Pension scheme At NSF International, our mission is to protect and improve human health.
