Overview

The Opportunity This is a great opportunity to be involved in the systems design, integration, testing and qualification of cutting-edge radio-frequency sub-systems for a range of land, sea and air platforms. You will be operating within a multi-disciplinary team delivering RF platform to missile communication systems across the whole systems engineering / project lifecycle. What are we looking for? A team player with positive collaborative behaviours Excellent ‘can do’ attitude and pro-active behaviours You will be able to demonstrate your understanding of System Engineering Process (including System Specification, System Test and Integration) You will be able to demonstrate your knowledge and exposure to Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using SysML, preferably using Rhapsody You will be able to demonstrate your experience in tools for Requirements Capture and Control (DOORS) and Configuration Management (Dimensions or RTC) You will have exposure and knowledge of engineering product delivery You will be able to demonstrate your broader RF knowledge and appreciation ideally with a bias towards communication technologies not essential What’s in it for you? The Role You will have the opportunity to work across a range of programmes at various stages of maturity System architecture development and documentation Requirements and interface definition and management Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Support and troubleshooting of integration issues Actively participate in trials, verification and product certification Interfacing with a range of stakeholders: software development team, hardware design, systems design team and trials engineers Support research and development into PDLT product line What’s great about the team?
