Perm Morley, Leeds, Monday - Friday, office hours, £21,000 - £23,000 DOE Key Responsibilities: Answering a large volume of inbound calls. Ensuring customers queries are handled quickly and effectively. Liaising with the Warehouse team to ensure orders are dispatched on time. Effectively inputting data into the companies internal systems. Experience, attributes & skills sought: Experience of working within a contact centre. Customer Service experience. Able to prioritise workload and work well in a fast paced environment.
