Joining our Intelligent Communications division as a Middleware Support Specialist, you will play an integral role in the support and maintenance of Middleware applications within the organisation. Utilising your previous experience working with MS Azure, Rest APIs and Workflow systems, you will demonstrate significant knowledge and understanding in incident resolution, maintenance and ensuring all systems running to optimal performance. You will come from a production support background with basic understanding of Windows, Linux, Networking and Cloud Infrastructure and will be able to manage change and release implementations effectively. Knowledge and experience working with MS SQL databases will also be highly beneficial. This Middleware Support Specialist position will be based in the organisation's Mansfield office - with some requirement to travel to other sites - and comes with a salary up to £32,000pa basic plus benefits.
