Product Owner / UX Designer: The Role This role involves a combination of UX Design, Product Management and Account Management and would suit either a client focused Product Owner/Manager with strong UX design experience, or a UX Designer who is looking for a broader role. The opportunity would involve working in a very customer facing capacity, so working with the client to understand their requirements at the very early stages of development. Essentially, you'd be responsible for creating epics, user stories, defining acceptance criteria for each user story, and the ‘Definition of Done’ in line with the Scrum team. The company culture is very friendly, flexible and there's a real buzz to the workplace (i.e a very creative feel as opposed to a corporate feel). This opportunity offers a chance to work consultatively with clients both large and small to turn ideas into reality and to improve existing products through an innovative research and development approach. Product Owner / UX Designer: Key Skills and Experience Ideally you will be a UX Designer / Architect who specifically would like to take the leap in to a Product Owner role Strong and demonstrable design background Experience working with app and web products within an agile environment Experience working within a digital agency on cross platform apps would be advantageous but not essential This role would suit someone with a desire to join a skilled team of people experimenting with using the latest technologies and techniques, someone who enjoys solving design challenges and has what it takes to guide and lead product decisions.
