New Personnel is an international recruitment agency. We are currently working on a long-term recruitment project for Germany and are looking for a German Speaking Recruitment Administrator/Trainee Recruitment Administrator. The office is located at Ludgate Hill, the City of London, near St Paul’s Cathedral. Responsibilities Dealing promptly with customer queries and requests over the telephone and via email Researching German legislation regarding work visas and employing foreigners Corresponding with employers and recruitment partners in Germany Corresponding with other offices of the company Scheduling interviews with candidates Developing and maintaining relationships with candidates Data Entry and Compliance Referencing candidates Qualifications 1-2 years’ experience in a customer facing/sales role Native German speaker Strong communication skills - we need someone who is confident and friendly with a good phone manner Proven track record of achieving targets Degree level education or equivalent High levels of organisation Experience in recruitment and using CRM systems a bonus
