Overview
A leading logistics firm are seeking an IT Product and Solution Manager to join their team on a permanent basis in Northampton. If you have experience in the transport/logistics industry, then you may be the IT Product and Solution Manager we're looking for. What will you be doing? As an IT Product and Solution Manager, you'll be joining the IT Solutions team, responsible for working with customers, gathering details and providing the right IT solution for their business. You will act as the IT expert for the transport systems created by our clients. There will be around 40% travel involved in this role. What skills and experience should you have? Exposure to managing customer and business facing systems/applications. Knowledge of the Transport/Logistics industry. Good experience within IT, including IT development life cycle. Interpersonal skills, able to build good rapport quickly. Who will you be working for?
