Payroll Support Analyst - Based in Nottingham Salary c£25,000 dependent on experience plus excellent benefits To be considered for this role, candidates MUST have experience within Accountancy Payroll This is an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Support Analyst to join a rapidly expanding software organisation based in Annesley. As Payroll Support Analyst you will be working within the product team that provides costing payroll for the UK and you will be responsible for receiving issues logged by customers, taking ownership of the problem and analysing and providing advice or resolution. Knowledge of accounting including payroll is ESSENTIAL for this role, any experience in construction accountancy would be advantage. Candidates & Duties Working as part of the development and technical teams, you will support clients in the UK, and overseas. You will provide telephone/email support to customers with the aim of resolving support tickets Analyse, replicate and resolve customer support tickets within the escalation guidelines Own and take responsibility for support tickets taken Identify repetitive issues and pass to the relevant team for resolution giving assistance if required Record faults and enhancements supplying appropriate information on our system, in a timely fashion Ensure a high standard of written and oral communication with customers and management Understanding of purchase order processing - desirable Travel and attend meetings as required both internal and at customer locations This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89918087
