Senior Manager - Advanced Analytics
Overview
Advanced Analytics Manager - £Competitive Salary - Plus Benefits - Kent and/or London - J11084 This Financial House is one of the fastest growing credit management providers in Europe with a strong ethical code and reputation. They are again recruiting to maintain their strong market position and deliver a first class, unrivalled, customer service to their clients. This is a new role to the business and will work closely with the Chief Analytics Officer to use advanced analytics in a more commercially focussed and strategically impactful way. Role & Responsibilities ·Create value from analytics projects ·Understand customer behaviour from the analysis and manipulation of customer data. ·Undertake end-to-end analytical projects related to operational optimisation. ·Improve the customer experience of the company consumer portfolios. ·Manage analysis work, resources, tasks, budgets, deadlines and delivery ·Understand where data comes from, how its captured or created, ·Cover customer personal data, credit bureau data, transactional data, digital and telephony data. Experience & Skills Required ·Have prior experience in managing and driving large projects, deadlines and delivery. ·Hold a good understanding of regulations around use of data. ·Demonstrate experience in product development. ·Possess a strong working knowledge of classical and machine learning predictive analytics techniques. ·Have experience using Cloud based virtual machines for analytical projects. ·Experience in portfolio valuation advantageous. ·A strong interest in retail financial products and innovation a plus. ·Confident in presenting ideas, business cases and results to senior management ·Practical experience in one or more of SAS, Python or SQL. ·Experience in developing and deploying API services. ·Background: ·Financial Services experience on the product or investment side a distinct advantage.
