The Company We are looking for a Commercial Business Analyst to join Yorkshire's fastest growing business, with unprecedented growth plans, a real success story and exciting business you'll want to be part of The Role As Commercial Business Analyst you'll have an integral role as part of the Global commercial team, work cross-functionally across all departments within the business, working with Stakeholders to provide insightful information from data analysis, to help the board with decision making and driving strategy. This role offers great exposure to board and the senior management team in a fast growing organisation, and is perfectly suited to an ambitious, fast thinking, career driven individual who will play a pivotal role in assisting decision making through effective analysis of data, trends, opportunities, consumer behaviour etc. This role is a multi-dimensional role, requiring a diverse mix of skills and character traits, which include but aren't limited to: Creating meaningful informational analysis and drive continuous improvement, presenting your findings to senior management and board. Interpret commercial information to identify key drivers, opportunities, performance, behaviours etc Understand and present financial and business data to non-financial stakeholders Support ad hoc projects and global initiatives Drive continuous improvement and work proactively to develop existing processes as well as offering new solutions. Your Profile The ideal candidate for this role will be extremely driven, an innovative forward thinker who wants to work with internal and external stakeholders to support and aid business decision making. You'll be an experienced analyst, comfortable analysing and manipulating high volumes of data in a fast paced business. Advanced excel skills are essential (VBA would be advantageous), as is keen attention to detail, and a flexible attitude, with a passion for adding value.
