Overview
We are seeking an experience BI Architect with a strong background in designing Enterprise Business Intelligence and Analytical systems based on SAP BW4/HANA technology within a large global enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a background in architecture design and implementation including designing conceptual, logical and physical models, repository, dashboards and reports. You will have delivered a number of full life-cycle ERP and non-ERP reporting solutions based on SAP BW4/HANA (including Preparation, High Level Design, Detailed Design, Build, Test, Deployment and Support phases.) As a BI & Tools Architect, you will support by working closely with business leaders and Insights & Analytics Leads to define and implement analytics solutions. Responsibilities; Design conceptual, logical and physical models, repository, dashboards, reports within the reference architecture. Partners with other Functional solution owners, Technical architects, and Insights & Analytics business partners to define metadata layers, technical strategy and optimal integration within Legacy and To-be IT landscape. Deliver full life-cycle ERP and non-ERP reporting solutions (including Prepare, High Level Design, Detailed Design, Build, Test, Deploy and Support phases) in Business Intelligence (BI) using SAP HANA and Business Objects platforms or hybrid BW scenarios based on Microsoft technologies. Qualifications & Competencies; Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or an Engineering degree. At least 6 to 8 years working experience with SAP suite as an Architect. Advanced knowledge in data warehouse dimensional modelling and working experience on design/deploy of operational systems data modelling and data warehouse data modelling. Experience with migration of Microsoft based BI architecture to SAP BW4/HANA migration, architecture design and implementations. Hands on knowledge with at least one Key Market toolset (SAP BW4/HANA, Azure SQL.) Hands on knowledge with at least one or many Key BI tools (SAP BO, QlickView & SAP Cloud Analytics.) Knowledge of latest Insights & Analytics market trends. (AI, Big Data, Cloud.) Experience in working on large transformation projects. Working Knowledge of SAP data structure on S4 and SAP Cloud platforms like IBP, C4/HANA. Working and Data Integration knowledge on Non-SAP Data Access tools (Cognos, Crystal Reports and other certified data access tools.) Working experience of BOBJ suite. Implementation/Migration experience of moving Azure DW and/or SAP BW to the SAP HANA platform as well as excellent experience with BW4/HANA. More details on application.
