Overview
The Role In this role you will develop relationships with new clients to KBCI from your existing network. You will be leading your team on Client engagements and working with the best organizations in the world to solve their most difficult problems with exceptional execution of Change Delivery and/or the successful design and execution of large scale remediation programmes. Essential Attributes and Experience Existing network of regional clients where there is a demonstrable potential pipeline of Change Delivery or large scale remediation projects- particularly in Financial Services. Experience in winning and delivering Change Delivery and/or Financial Services remediation projects or programmes of work. Knowledge and experience of competitive proposal/bid processes (ideally in a professional services context) Strong networking skills to continue to build an external client base Key Skills Ability to absorb new information rapidly and grapple with a wide range of complex business issues Strong critical reasoning and problem-solving skills Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills Outstanding editing and persuasive writing skills High degree of presence, credibility and confidence in working with senior colleagues, external stakeholders and decision makers Flexibility and the ability to gracefully navigate ambiguity, deadline pressure and conflicting requests Self-motivation, with a talent for working entrepreneurially in an unstructured environment Team orientation, with a strong sense of commitment to team members and client impact Absolute attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and simultaneously process multiple tasks whilst still being mindful of the big picture Sensitivity to and discretion in handling confidential information Master’s degree and/or advanced professional degree preferred (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) Business management or consulting experience in reputed companies preferred
