If you can add to our world, we want to hear from you. The Job The SEO Analyst supports the Global SEO team with central reporting and analysis across all Hostelworld brands. Reporting to the Technical SEO Team Lead you’ll be responsible for all SEO performance reporting, dashboarding and helping to identify opportunities for improvement, as well as being hands-on with Technical SEO and App Store Optimisation projects. Personal Qualities: You’ll be passionate about SEO, using data to spot opportunities & support recommendations, enjoy solving complex SEO problems, and have a passion for travel. Key Responsibilities: Ownership of all SEO reporting across the in-house Global SEO team Ensure all SEO datasets are maintained and up-to-date Provide adhoc and recurring analysis across a range of technical SEO and Content projects Identify audiences and content opportunities that can deliver Organic growth Make recommendations based on data driven insights Provide insight on competitor activity and results Suggest and implement onsite tests Support wider SEO & ASO activity Monitor SEO performance across a set of key metrics and leading indicators such as rankings and site authority Work towards yearly/quarterly/monthly targets Who fits the bill? 1 - 2 years proven experience in Search Engine Optimisation, preferably working on large scale, multi-lingual websites in either client-side or agency roles Strong analytical skills - you can slice and dice a PivotTable with ease Experience with SQL and Tableau preferred Working knowledge of leading SEO tools incl. Majestic/Ahrefs/Moz and other relevant industry tools Analytical and data driven - you’re able to use data to prioritise recommendations Excellent presentation skills Passionate about travel
