Overview

Our client, a specialist food supplier based in North London is seeking a Procuction Shift Manager to join their entrepreneurial and culturally diverse business that values high performance, collaberation and the desire to make a difference. Joining our Production team at this time means, you will have the fantastic opportunity to learn about the manufacturing/packing aspects within the existing edible oils and coconut environment. But, you will also be able to get involved in this exciting site transformation and to input into building a safe, robust and efficient new department within the site. This position is for our 3pm to 11pm shift. However, you may need to be flexible to work either AM shift or PM shift Monday to Friday. What are we looking for? To be successful in this role you should be a natural leader, able to engage and motivate a team of up to 26 people whilst setting clear health and safety, quality and food safety standards. You will also be a proven problem solver and have a track record of driving efficiency and achieving savings through continuous improvement within a Food manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be required to flex and cover the site shift management in both our spices and oil departments. So what is in it for you?
