Maintain the organisation's statutory and regulatory registers and ensure all key regulatory requirements are met Client Details I am recruiting for a local Housing Association which has recently become part of a national group Description As Governance Officer, you will be responsible for:- Maintaining the organisation's statutory and regulatory register Act as the central contact for statutory and regulatory notices and returns required by the Regulator , government and other bodies. Ensure processes are in place to meet all key regulatory requirements Provide a full range of board support to the business Profile The successful candidate will:- Be familiar with the governance and compliance requirements of a Housing Association Have up to date knowledge of the regulatory and legal requirements in the Housing sector Be an extremely strong communicator both written and verbal Job Offer A competitive package in a local Housing Association with excellent benefits is on offer
