Overview
Job Role: Implementation Specialist/IT Trainer Industry: IT Salary: £36,000 - £46,000 Location: West End Responsibilities: Train on CRM and order processing You will be responsible for providing training, client support, consultation and implementation services to users Assist with identification of risks, and with development of mitigation or avoidance plans Solicit and document business requirements Apply product knowledge to support the client’s goals Create configuration documents and conduct client training Refine and define customer workflows as appropriate Assist the customer in developing training programs Travel to client site over the UK and EMEA Skills: Previous experience training groups Bachelor’s Degree or applicable experience Strong transactional software skills/aptitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Energetic and enthusiastic client facing individual If you feel like you are the perfect candidate for this job role, or feel this is the ideal role for you – then please send in your updated CV over, along with two references.
