Overview
Our client, a Mayfair based law firm is seeking a paralegal to join their Residential Developments Team on an initial 12 month contract. The Residential Developments team forms part of the firms' Residential Property department. This team focuses on 'plot sales' or off plan properties. This team also works with lots of overseas clients (particularly from the Far East). The purpose of the paralegal role is to provide support and assistance to a Partner and Associate, acting for both developers and investment buyers and managing a small case-load. Duties will include; liaising with clients, conduct research and communicate findings, maintaining precedent letters and documents within Case Management and prepare and draft legal documentation. In order to be considered, candidates must be a Commonwealth Qualified Lawyer. Candidates must have experience in property (residential property/developments would be ideal). A knowledge of residential and development transactions would be an advantage. The salary on offer will be £30k - £35k (plus benefits). If you are available and interested, please apply now
