Overview
Customer Service Administrator Preston Based £18k upto £19500 Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Office based the successful candidate will have proven experiences within an office of taking customer calls and processing customer orders paying attention to detail and exceeding the customers expectation every time. You will join a team of 4 within a group of 50 employees becoming a part of a successful and well established team. We are privileged to continue working with this excellent organisation based in Fulwood. Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone Processing customer orders using the company software. Answering questions on price and availability by telephone and email Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met Producing paper and electronic invoices Filing of documents and other paperwork as and when necessary Advising internal customers i.e. Sales of any key account activity Completion of customer documentation when required Taking sales orders and enquiries by telephone Full understanding of the company product range Cover for Customer Service Manager when not available Benefits inc 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, Company shutdown over 4 days at Xmas (the days are taken from the 25 day allocation) Company Sick Pay scheme Pension Scheme (Company Contribution is 4%) Death in service benefit is included within the Pension to 7 x salary Free Tea and Coffee Free parking Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
