Customer Service Adviser, Immediate Start, Temp to Perm Opportunity Your new company Market leading client based in Dundee with a requirement for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis with the view to go permanent. Your new role Based within a busy department, your role is to receive and log service calls into the customer database, controlling and co-ordinating of daily workloads for field technicians to ensure maximum efficiency and utilisation of resources while maintaining successful service level agreements and customer satisfaction, completion of daily/weekly and monthly reports along with other general ad hoc administrative duties. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role you will have previous experience in a customer service role/telephony background, good communication, organisation and time management skills with the ability to multitask. You will also have a good understanding of Microsoft packages i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word.
