Overview

A highly reputable Pension practice are keen to appoint a skilled Pension Scheme administrator to the team. The role: Processing new scheme entrants, leavers and retirees Processing risk claims relating to death, health and disability Updating and processing monthly pension schedules Uploading pension schedules on provider websites Arranging group client appointments and meetings for the consultant Process renewals Compiling and completing annual Client reviews. Recording client and policy information Providing a pro-active service and a high standard of administrative support to the IFAs/consultants and clients via telephone, email and written communication, including assisting in product and provider research. Providing technical support to the Advisers and Directors in respect of scheme updates and legislative changes. Be the main point of contact for clients and providers. Maintaining a good understanding of Auto Enrolment and be up to date with appropriate and relevant legislative changes. The role is available immediately for interview and offers a competitive package/salary.
