HRIS Specialist

Are you an HRIS specialist looking for a role where you will be the go-to person? The person that can offer solutions; can see the work-around to a problem. The person that thrives on researching, exploring and getting out there to ensure their HRIS is being used to its full potential? They operate from analytics and data rather than gut instinct. In turn their HR rely on timely detailed reports and forecasting and their HRIS is pivotal to this. The population is c1500, and HR work in close partnership with their stakeholders. The HR function over the past several years have moved from transactional to one where they add tangible benefits to the organisation. They are a grounded team, not into corporate speak, they are informal in their approach but operate at pace. The working environment is modern, friendly, with onsite gym, café area facilities. The system they use is Workday so ideally you will have experience of this especially the HCM functions. This role will involve day to day full ownership of the HRIS, as well as managing ongoing projects relating to continuous improvement or forthcoming implementations. The recruitment process will be two stages - and they don’t sit on their hands when it comes to decision making.
