Full Picture Recruitment are seeking a Managed Service Provider to join our London based Recruitment Company who are experts in the IT and Tech field. Founded in 2018 to address the challenges of hiring high volume IT Technical resources, their proven methodologies of how to deliver are helping organisations of all sizes to hire at scale to meet aggressive growth needs. Working in a highly consultative manner they advise clients on the best strategy to hit their growth goals and work with them step by step through the process to ensure that hiring goals are met. Our MSP Solutions team look to work and engage with MSP providers to leverage and get access to contract IT requirements that their clients are looking to fulfil. The solutions that they offer are based around adding value, becoming key suppliers and are highly innovative. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to join a dynamic, highly motivated and collaborative team. What Will You Be Doing? Identify the current MSP’s that they already have relationships with and also look at other MSP companies and build a targeted list of MSP’s that they should be speaking with Help to create an MSP solutions proposition, a lot of recruitment agencies will work any roles at any percentage. They are creating a "value add" service and targeting the higher margin/value business within an MSP Understand pain points within MSP’s, key to find gaps where they may have challenges and minimal vendors/suppliers Engage with their onshore and offshore candidate delivery teams to ensure that they have the right delivery strategy to provide CV’s for the roles that they are allocated Candidate Mandatory Requirements: Worked with MSP clients - could have worked for another recruitment agency servicing or managing MSP relationships Worked in an MSP solutions team for another recruiter The ideal would be a recruiter who has helped to craft solutions around how they can work with MSP’s and actively sold solutions to the MSP’s Excellent telephone etiquette with great communication skills and very sociable Highly motivated and driven with a strong work ethic In return you will receive: Full training program 23.5 Days holiday per year incorporating 3.5 compulsory days over Christmas period Dress down culture Flexible working hours based on an 8 hour day, lunches range from 30 mins to 2 hours Private Health Cover upon reaching £100,000 in invoiced GP in 6 months Quarterly Super Trips (Vegas, Miami and Marbella) Directors lunches Opportunity to relocate to LA Loyalty Award when you pass 5 years service Very progressive company with clearly documented career progression plans for every employee Full Picture Recruitment operates an equal opportunities policy, which means we treat people fairly.
