Overview
Vantage Finance is a well established master broker of Commercial Mortgages, Development Finance, Bridging Loans, Buy to let and specialist first and second charge mortgages. After continued growth of our business, we are actively looking to hire administrators to support our expert team in Gerrards Cross. Ambition, drive, ability to work well as part of a team and independently, as well as under pressure are all essential qualities in this very customer service focussed business. The role will be to work alongside the mortgage and loan advisers to assist with all aspects of the administration of loan applications from initial enquiry stage through to loan completion. There are also ad hoc admin tasks from different aspects of the business including compliance and sales marketing. The candidate must be competent with Microsoft word and excel and hold GCSEs in Maths and English graded A-C or equivalent. Experience within the mortgage industry is not essential. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm, with 23 days holiday bank holidays
