Overview
Senior Applications Analyst - (Windows 10, Office 365, 3rd Line, SCCM) Our global law firm client are currently in need of a new Senior Application Analyst (Windows 10, Office 365, 3rd Line, SCCM) to their new offices within Liverpool. The firm have made the decision to move their key IT positions to Liverpool, the environment is very similar to that of a start up, its very buzzy, there is an energy around the place as everyone forges their own roles. The exposure really is second to none. to be considered for this role you will require the following: 3 Years within a Senior or Leadership position 3 Years within Application support or similar positions 3 Years supporting Microsoft applications Ideally but not necessary experience with legal technology Worksite, iManage or equivalent DMS. Key Responsibilities/Below are some of the key areas that this person will manage and maintain: Provide support and proactive maintenance for line of business applications Support third party software that integrates into the Worksite DMS and other tools Manage and maintain MDM (Mobile Device Management) and SCCM platforms and services Manage and maintain Group Policy Troubleshoot and fix Software and application related issues Provide 3rd line support to the Helpdesk Team Escalation of incidents to suppliers - building long term service relations with suppliers Advising and training the service desk to independently support applications supporting shift left priorities. Independently undertake projects to upgrade systems provided by third parties Manage and Maintain the portfolio of Applications and software updates via System Centre Configuration Manager Maintain Desktop image testing and release cycles ensuring that the firm is protected from threats and that frequent vendor updates are prepared for and managed appropriately.
