Office 365 Administrator, based in Pembrokeshire. Paying competitive market rate. 3-6 month contract Hays are currently recruiting for an Office 365 administrator with previous experience rolling out Microsoft Office 365 to assist our client in a migration from legacy systems. We are looking for an individual with experience in the following areas; -O365 Administration (licensing, processing of starters / leavers) -Requirements gathering to establish information management needs, to resolve pain points and to identify opportunities to digitally transform business process -Sharepoint online configuration -Delivering end user training and support for the O365 product suite (OneDrive, Sharepoint Online, Teams, Planner etc) -Migration of records from legacy locally hosted platform to Sharepoint Online (utilising Sharegate) -Utilising O365 tolls to optimise / digitally transform some of our business processes (including Sharepoint lists, Power Automate (flow) and Power Apps').
