Overview
There is an open opportunity for a Project Manager at a fintech startup based in North West London. The startup is developing B2B fintech platform to serve professionals in investment, trading and asset management industries. This is a great opportunity to gain a knowledge and experience, plus have a responsibility from day one. This position would suit a goal-oriented individual capable of formulating oversight of different projects. Who we are looking for: The startup is looking for a recent graduate who is ready to have hands on involvement in every stage of projects development and management. Job Responsibilities Develop detailed project plans including timeframes and resources allocation Ensure all projects have valid KPIs that are trackable Day to day tasks will include developing project scopes, objectives and project plans, as well as developing suitable documentation to track progress Monitoring delivery of specific work streams. Ensuring delivery of critical activities according to priorities Assist investment and technology teams to plan different stages of investment products and services development Help different teams on adhoc projects management and implementation Qualities Self-motivated and results driven Ability to demonstrate analytical skills required for project planning Established knowledge of project management tools and best practice Passionate about fintech, startups, and project management Able to work autonomously, taking responsibility for results An excellent communicator Fluent in English Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master's degree in project management, business or a related field Demonstrated track record of success in end-to-end project management Interest in investment/asset management and finance industries Strong PC skills, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Knowledge of second language is a plus UK visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
