Overview
Robert Half are working with a highly regarded Marketing business based in Bath who are looking to recruit a Finance Analyst on an initial 3 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced contractor looking for their next interim opportunity. Role What will you be doing? Working closely with the Group Financial Controller to support the provision of ad-hoc analysis and reports for a significant internal project Analysis and aggregation of financial and non-financial management information including detailed P&L, balance sheet and cash flow for use in a financial model Extracting data from an ERP system to create reports Creating analytical reports for ongoing use by management Communicating and presenting financial information Any other ad-hoc relevant tasks as required Balance sheet, financial information, stat account analysis. What Skills do you need? Fully qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or qualified by experience Experience in financial analysis Excellent Excel skills with working knowledge of the latest Excel analytical tools Financial reporting, FP&A or audit background preferred Financial modelling skills desirable Creative skills to succinctly display complex financial information Analytically minded with an ability to create and interpret large datasets and provide useful insight Experience of a Consulting Engineering or Professional Services business would be an advantage Experience of the Unit 4 Agresso/Business World ERP and Deltek Vision would be an advantage The ability to liaise confidently with teams based around the globe Long Term project accounting experience desirable Strong communication skills Company Our client is an established and successful organisation.
