You will have the support of the partners, but you will enjoy the freedom and autonomy to do things your way. You will be based in the NW London office working with existing as well as brand new clients. You will be involved in the following work: Freehold Leasehold Sales Purchases Post completions Mortgages Re-mortgages Right to buy Shared ownership Transfer of equity Landlord and tenant disputes Having previous experience handling your own caseload, you will also be involved in submitting SDLT applications, contract drafting and completing land registry searches The rewards: Investment in you and your development that can be found nowhere else.
