Overview

About the Role FTI Consulting is building a strong EMEA Leadership team to drive the growth and transformation of the region and looking for top performers at various levels to join the team. This role directly supports the Chairman, COO, CSO, Head of Markets and other members of senior leadership within FTI's corporate infrastructure on a number of strategic and change initiatives across the company. What You'll Do Manage and conduct objective analysis on projects, staff management, financial performance, key operating indicators, and other related topics to support business planning and ongoing analysis Clearly summarise gathered data and facts, confidently communicate/present findings to members of senior management as needed Proactively lead the development of solutions to problems through management consultations, data analysis, team meetings, and other applicable strategies Strive for high-quality deliverables; drive projects to achieve maximum impact for the team and the firm Limited, controllable travel (10%) to other FTI offices as needed How You'll Grow This is a great opportunity for a proactive, confident, articulate, creative Senior Business Analyst or FP&A professional to be part of FTI growth in EMEA and to collaborate in our business development and transformation plans. The Business Analysis Manager will have the opportunity to partner with our senior leaders in EMEA on a wide variety of initiatives related to business growth, strategic operational decisions and performance improvement projects. Basic Qualifications and Skills Accountant or CFA (essential) with Degree level education. Excellent numeracy and analytical skills and previous experience in analytic roles. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint (essential). Experience with ThinkCell and Tableau (desirable) Excellent interpersonal skills, including collaborative work style, problems solving and conceptual thinking skills Executive-level communication and influence Creative in conveying ideas and data on the page Proactive approach to solving/completing assigned tasks Works well with others across and up, down and across the organization Prior experience or knowledge of professional services organization or consulting firms is desirable but not essential.
