Client Details Our client a Household Name and Hugely Successful Global Business are currently recruiting for a Credit Analyst to join the team in Farnborough, Hampshire office. Description As a Credit Analyst based from the Farnborough, Hampshire office you will be responsible for Reporting to the Head of Credit Management, the Credit Analyst plays a key role in the credit management of our clients commercial finance portfolio. You will have specific responsibility for part of the commercial finance portfolio and this will require a close working relationship with other company managers, the network and any other key stakeholders. You will need to be able to interpret financial information, identify risks and give advice and guidance to all stakeholders where needed. The Credit Analyst is responsible for credit decisions within their own authority and the preparation of credit reports with recommendations and presentations to the required authority level, which could be credit colleagues based abroad The Credit Analyst needs to become fully conversant with our clients Credit Risk Guidelines and their commercial finance products. They will also be responsible for the preparation and issue of funding & security documentation when new facilities are agreed and liaising with solicitors to complete funding transactions on their behalf Profile Previous experience in a similar role Experience in the credit assessment of corporate business and asset finance / secured lending preferred but not essential Experience in the motor finance industry would be beneficial Ability to interpret complex financial information & summarise concisely, with above-average level of numeracy Ability to interpret finance agreements & legal documentation Preferably educated to degree standard in a relevant subject and/or accountancy qualification, Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB), Finance & Leasing Diploma or equivalent Job Offer £35,000 - £45,000 Outstanding Benefits Package Fully Expensed Car 27 days holiday plus bank Holiday.
