Overview
We are looking for a female Registered Children's Home Manager close to the Ipswich area of Suffolk. This role is approximately a 35-minute commute by car from Ipswich. To apply for the role, you will need: You will hold a Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent. You will hold a Level 5 Leadership & Management. Have a minimum of 2-years’ previous Ofsted inspections. Held a Management/Senior/Supervisory in a Children’s Residential setting in the last 3 years. Be part of an established service and make a difference As their Registered Manager, you will be part of a residential service who support children who experience a range of behavioural and emotional difficulties . Each of their existing homes is rated as either “Outstanding” or “Good” by Ofsted which is amazing. Salary, hours & benefits Up to £40K per annum. Full-time hours. Signing on bonus. Registered Children’s Home Manager – job description You will play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive environment and giving young people the opportunity to encounter normal, ordinary experiences in order to provide them with the ability to reach developmental milestones needed for everyday life .
