What you need to show us If you're highly-motivated, responsible and have your own 3.5 tonne van or your own team of drivers, we've got a great opportunity for you. We can offer you regular opportunities to deliver for big-name retailers, competitive parcel rates, uncapped revenue and the chance to grow in partnership with one of the UK's largest independent parcel carriers. It's all about going the extra mile. That means using your friendliness, warmth and attention to detail to deliver every item safely and keep your team happy too. After all, you'll be responsible for looking after your drivers, covering everything from their pay to service performance and compliance.
