Overview
An established and highly regarded multi-discipline firm are looking to add a residential conveyancer to their award winning team. The firm have a fantastic presence across Sussex, Essex and the West Midlands. They have achieved record breaking growth over the past year and this role has become available due to expansion / increase in workload. Your caseload will be varied and you will be dealing with matters such as sale and purchase, remortgage, transfer of equity, right to buy and some plot sales. You should have upwards of 2 years' experience handling your own mixed caseload, ideally with prior exposure to the matters listed above. The firm operate with a structure of one assistant to fee earner, you will therefore be working closely with an experienced assistant to aid you in managing your caseload. The successful conveyancer should show an interest in building their client relationships through business development and other marketing methods.
