The firm are now looking to take on a conveyancer (solicitor, CILEx, CLC) who is competent and capable of dealing with high volumes as this is a very busy and successful office. As you would expect from a central Brighton location you will be dealing with residential sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity for both freehold and leasehold properties. There is a great deal of opportunity to further develop your expertise here working with a senior partner who has also been with the firm for a considerable time and and it is fair to say knows the Brighton market inside out.
