£12 p/h – 40 Hour Contract – Days | Small Residential Home – Good CQC | Great Benefits A leading care provider with homes throughout the South of England is looking to recruit an experienced Care Manager/Care Team Leader to work as Deputy Manager of their residential home in Canvey Island. The home is fully CQC compliant and offers round the clock care to older people with age related frailties and dementia care needs. The successful candidate for this Care Home Deputy Manager post will meet the following criteria: Have completed a recognised care management qualification at a minimum of NVQ Level 3, but ideally have completed higher level studies Experienced working at Care Manager/Care Team leader level and confident leading a team and coordinating care Experienced undertaking care plan audits and have good working knowledge of CQC essential standards Enthusiastic, proactive and motivated to deliver the highest standards of care To apply for this post, or for further details, please follow the link below.
