Overview
We are currently working in conjunction with a highly regarded utility company. Due to an increase in workload they are looking for an Accreditations Assessor to work on telecoms (FTTP) fibre projects. Key Essentials: Managing all training / accreditation requirement needs Liaising with site management and suppliers to assess individual accreditation requirements Overseeing, delivering and managing Operatives accreditations as required by the client Arranging and attending meetings with relevant accreditation providers as required Completing and submitting accreditation documentation within the required timescales Carrying out quality audits in the field in conjunction with the health and safety team Reporting to the Head of Training for aspects of safety environment & quality that may affect the company Ensuring all company policies and processes are actively followed and complied with Requirements: Experience and a good understanding of Fibre Network Builds (FTTP) ideally including civils and cabling A good working knowledge of health, safety and environmental policies and procedures You should be a self-motivated individual who is comfortable with lone working and able to work well under pressure Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel Due to the nature of this role, frequent travel will be required with occasional nights away fibre network build fttp ftth fttx fttc accreditations SHEQ SHE audit accreditation NRSWA streetwork training utilities utility excavation CDM fibre telecom assessor
