Your role Deloitte’s Milton Keynes office plays a vital role in the firm’s success, delivering key administration and support services for the business. It will soon become one of the firm’s global customer contact centres, so we are looking for bilingual IT Service Desk Analysts to join our teams. The immediate need is for people with French language skills, in addition to English. There may be a need for additional language expertise in the future, so if you have further multilingual skills do register your details with us. As the first line of support for our 17,000 UK employees, you’ll have to be on the ball. Delivering first-time fixes across a variety of applications and technologies requires aptitude. It’s a busy team that demands a 'can-do’ attitude to problem solving. The ability to take ownership and manage a problem to its successful resolution will be key. You’ll need to use your initiative and be flexible in your approach in order to professionally and efficiently deliver the results your colleagues need. Location: Milton Keynes (Agile remote working available) Work pattern: We have varied opportunities, fixed term and permanent, full and part time. Shifts between 7 am and 9pm and occasional Saturdays. Your professional experience IT experience isn’t mandatory, we provide you the technical training needed for you to succeed in the role. All you need is the language skills and a can do attitude. We will support you in developing both your soft skills as well as technical skills. Coming with pervious customer service experience will put you at an advantage however it is not compulsory.
