Hays are exclusively working with a client to appoint a Regional Finance Business Partner. Your new company For over 30 years my client has been providing residents a high quality of life in their care homes. Within over 20 homes across the UK and more internationally they are able to offer a personalised care service to its residents based on individual needs. As the business continues to grow and offer a better level of service to its clients, they are now looking to recruit a Regional Finance Business Partner. Your new role The Finance Business Partner will be focused on driving performance across individual sites across the South West. By partnering with general managers and key stakeholders in the operations teams you will provide tailored and structured analysis that will aid in driving performance. You will be able to highlight key business and financial issues affecting performance and discuss with senior stakeholders whilst supporting on P&L. Reporting into the Head of FP&A you will attend regional meetings as a key contributor to support decision making and maintain an understanding of operational procedures. What you'll need to succeed Your experience in an analytical, business partnering role will be key to your success and ideally bolstered by an accountancy qualification. You will have experience of budgeting and forecasting across a multi site business being able to demonstrate partnering with a range of stakeholders across the business. A portion of the role is field based, so you must have a valid driving license.
