Overview
Tremendous opportunity for a conveyancing assistant to join this nationally recognised practice and work with highly experienced property lawyers that would support your career development and gradually progress you in to a fee earning role. You will have ideally gained 6 months experience within a conveyancing role and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. The role will see you support an experienced fee earner with their caseload of of sales & purchase, remortgage, equity release, new builds, right to buy and other residential property transactions. You will be assisting on all duties from inception to completion but experience of dealing with SDLT submissions, land registry searches, drafting contracts and liaising with clients on a regular basis. Once settled in your role you will gradually be handed a small caseload of Sales transactions, which will then progress into dealing with Sales & Purchase and ultimately handling your own full caseload.
