Overview

Location: Portishead, Bristol Hourly rate: £9.21 to £9.54 per hour dependent on experience and qualifications We are currently recruiting for a casual residential support worker to be part of a team offering a comprehensive residential service to children and young people. The aim being to ensure the physical, social and emotional well-being of the children/young people, and assist in their positive holistic development and resilience. You will be responsible for actively safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children/young people in the home. You will also be required to promote structure, boundaries and routines within the home and support the young people with their day to day activities. Experience of supporting in a children's home is advantageous but not essential for this role. We are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated support workers who share a passion for turning troubled pasts into positive futures.
