Overview
Litigation Legal Secretary A UK Top 50 law firm, are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their specialist Banking Litigation department. This is a permanent, full time Legal Secretary role, based in their state-of-the-art offices in Bristol. Notably this firm are non-hierarchical and are committed to investing in you and developing your knowledge. This is what you’ll be doing As a Legal Secretary in the Financial Litigation team, you will support an expert team of Solicitors by carrying out secretarial responsibilities, including diary and travel management Creating invoices Proof reading and formatting documents Digital dictation Support client relationships with banks, mortgage lenders and insurers The experience you’ll bring to the team Previous legal secretarial experience is essential Experience within litigation is desirable Experience of Outlook, Word and Excel Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a busy workload and amend large documents Excellent attention to detail And this is what you’ll get in return Salary up to £22,000 DOE Private Medical Insurance and Dental cover 25 days holiday bank holidays (rising to 30 days based on length of service) Bespoke training Pension Scheme Life Assurance Cycle to work scheme Shopping vouchers Are you up to the challenge?
