We provide a range of services to different clients in areas such as Agriculture, Private Client, Corporate & Commercial and Commercial Property and are noted for having specialists that practice in each of these areas. We work across offices, with different practice areas to best serve the needs of our clients. Our highly regarded Agricultural team based in Bristol are looking for a Solicitor to join them to provide support to our clients who face litigious disputes; you will be acting for famers, landowners and agri-businesses. Working directly with Partners and Associates, you will support them with progressing matters on high profile, bigger cases, but you will be expected to run your own caseload. The type of work you will be exposed to includes farm partnership disputes, inheritance disputes, contractual disputes, negligence and nuisance claims. You will ensure that everything is dealt with in a timely and efficient way with the client focus that is synonymous with Thrings' ethos. Ideally you will already have agricultural or rural experience, but this isn't essential; what you will need is litigious experience gained through your training contract or post qualification, a can do, proactive attitude, the ability to use your own initiative but also be a great team player.
