Responsibilities Risk Benefits Senior Consultant We’re hiring Aon are currently recruiting a Risk Benefits Senior Consultant to join our Employee Benefits team in an agile role which can be based in either Leeds, UK or home based. About the Role Your impact as a Risk Benefits Senior Consultant Act as key advisor for a portfolio of clients, attending regular client meetings and providing expert advice to ensure client product and service needs are met Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to enhance service delivery and identify new business opportunities. Stay up-to-date with current trends in the industry and monitor market developments Identify and analyse industry trends and developments to establish emerging client needs and business opportunities Manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities for the business unit independently and in conjunction with the Sales team and/or other Aon business units Undertake a review of the client's operational practices, documenting and analysing the results, together with making recommendations to the client Create business development plans and identify appropriate business development strategies enabling the business unit to meet its overall business targets Prepare and communicate business plans that demonstrate business objectives, priorities and strategies Lead or take an active part in activities and initiatives aimed at promoting Aon's products and services in the marketplace (e.g. media events, trade conferences, client seminars) Provide information and updates for regular and adhoc financial statements for the business for regulatory, accounting and other purposes Provide coaching and
